Service Agreement Summary

This is a summary of the key terms of our service agreement. The full service agreement is provided with your personalised proposal before work begins.
1. Engagement
DeeTee Developments agrees to provide app development services as described in the agreed proposal. The client agrees to provide necessary information, content, access and feedback in a timely manner.
2. Scope
The scope of work is defined in the agreed proposal. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.
3. Timeline
Delivery estimates are provided in the proposal. Final timing depends on scope, content, access and payment milestones. We do not guarantee specific launch dates.
4. Payment
Payment is structured in milestones as outlined in the proposal. A deposit is required to begin work. Source-code handover takes place after full payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements.
- Supply content, branding assets and access to required accounts.
- Respond to review requests and provide timely feedback.
- Make payments according to the agreed milestone schedule.
6. Our Responsibilities
- Deliver the agreed scope to a professional standard.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
- Test deliverables before handover.
- Provide the agreed aftercare or support period.
- Hand over source code after full payment.
7. Aftercare
Aftercare periods (2 weeks for Starter, 30 days for Business, 60 days for Professional) cover bug fixes and minor adjustments. New features and scope changes are quoted separately.
8. Third-Party Services
Third-party charges (App Store fees, API costs, hosting) are separate and payable by the client. App Store approval is controlled by Apple and Google.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to termination. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
